Josen-grade table sake from Yoshino Shuzo in Chiba, brewed with Koshihikari rice using soft mountain spring water. The Koshifurui label reflects the brewery's tradition of crafting everyday sake from local Koshihikari, shaped by more than 190 years of Nanbu-toji technique.

Yoshino Sake Brewery was founded in the late Edo period during the Tempo period (1830).
The motto is "make good sake with a good environment". It uses clear natural water that springs out of the vast private land, and inherits traditional sake brewing. A regular winner of the Gold Award. Recently famous as a TV location.
