Description
Undiluted genshu from Yoshino Shuzo in Chiba, brewed with Koshihikari rice drawn from the brewery's aged-rice stock. The Koshifurui label (meaning old Koshi) highlights the brewery's use of Koshihikari as both a table and brewing grain, and the soft spring water used for brewing lends a gentle mouthfeel even at higher alcohol.
