Description
Brewed in Okazaki, Aichi, using Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 65%, this sake is crafted with ultra-soft spring water called Kanzui drawn from 50 meters underground. The result is a clean, refined pour with subtle ginjo-like aromatics and a silky, well-integrated finish.
