Description

This winter-seasonal shiboritate nama genshu uses Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 70% and is bottled directly after pressing without any heat treatment. Bottled at 18% alcohol, it carries a lively, slightly effervescent texture alongside the raw freshness characteristic of new-harvest sake.
