Description
A yuzu liqueur from Shibata Brewery in Okazaki, Aichi, brewed using the ultra-soft Kansui spring water that underlies all the brewery's products. Founded in 1830, Shibata Brewery produces its fruit liqueurs alongside its sake range, applying the same local-ingredient philosophy to yuzu as it does to its rice-based brewing.
