Muroka namagenshu (unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted) junmai brewed from Gohyakumangoku rice at Yoshino Shuzo in Chiba. At 18% alcohol, the undiluted bottling delivers bold, concentrated umami with a crisp dry edge, offering the full, unmediated character of the freshly pressed sake.

It uses clear natural water that springs out of the vast private land, and inherits traditional sake brewing. A regular winner of the Gold Award. Recently famous as a TV location.
