Junmai Daiginjo origarami (with fine lees suspended) from Yumegokoro Shuzo in Kitakata, Fukushima, brewed with locally contracted Gohyakumangoku rice and Utsukushima Dream yeast developed by Fukushima Prefecture. The origarami sediment contributes a creamy texture and gentle effervescence alongside the refined umami of the premium grade.
