Description

Honjozo genshu made from Gohyakumangoku at Fukui's Uno Shuzojo, a brewery established in 1620 that uses the 100 Famous Waters spring Oshouzu for all brewing. Bottled undiluted and stored at low temperature before a single pasteurisation, this genshu retains concentrated grain character with a dry, clean finish.
