Description

Honjozo named Shoki, made from Gohyakumangoku at 65% polishing using the Oshouzu spring water of Ono City, Fukui. Brewed at a brewery founded in 1620, it follows the house style of dry, food-friendly honjozo fermented with Kyokai No. 7 yeast and brewed to an all-ginjo specification.
