Description
Hakuro Tokubetsujunmaishu from Hakuro Shuzo in Nagaoka, Niigata, is a tokubetsu junmai brewed with either a premium rice variety or at a more refined polishing ratio than standard junmai, conferring additional elegance to the pure rice base. Hakuro has been brewing in the Echigo-Nagaoka region since 1751, partnering with local Niigata farmers to source sake rice. The result is a refined, food-friendly junmai with the clean, slightly dry profile typical of Niigata's tanrei karakuchi tradition.

In a blessed environment, mainly based on Niigata's sake -brewing rice "5 million stone", in harmony between Mori Echigo and modern brewing technology, Tanrei, which is a characteristic of "Kashiwasuro". I'm brewing dry sake.
