Description
Koshinohakuro Honjozo from Hakuro Shuzo in Nagaoka, Niigata, is the brewery's flagship accessible expression under the Koshino Hakuro label, the name invoking the classical literary term for the Echigo region. Founded in 1751, Hakuro brews with the Mitsu-Kashiwa family crest tradition and water drawn from the Niigata river basin. The honjozo format adds a measured portion of distilled alcohol to produce a lighter, more fragrant sake suited to daily drinking.

Nigata
In a blessed environment, mainly based on Niigata's sake -brewing rice "5 million stone", in harmony between Mori Echigo and modern brewing technology, Tanrei, which is a characteristic of "Kashiwasuro". I'm brewing dry sake.
