Description

Haginishiki Shiboritatehonjozonamagenshu is a freshly pressed, unpasteurized, undiluted Honjozo from Haginishiki Shuzo, founded in 1876 in Shizuoka City's Suruga district. The brewery is one of only two in Shizuoka Prefecture to use naturally sourced underground water from the Abekawa River system, supporting the gentle yeast activity that defines the Shizuoka ginjo style. Shiboritate ('just pressed') release captures the sake at peak freshness, with vibrant aromas and a bold genshu texture.
