Suruga's raw "Surugawa Drunk" uses 100 % of the rice-friendly rice and Honoro Fuji from Shizuoka Prefecture, is used as water from Abe River water, and is brewed in Shizuoka yeast (New-5). It is a genuine Junmai sake born in Shizuoka. Please enjoy the taste and aroma that is suitable for calling Suruga's raw.
