Description

Ginjo brewed with Gohyakumangoku rice at the Yoshino Shuzo brewery in Katsuura, Chiba, founded in 1830 and guided by Nanbu-toji craftsmen using traditional hand techniques. Gohyakumangoku's characteristically clean dissolution in the mash produces the crisp, dry profile the brewery is known for.

Yoshino Sake Brewery was founded in the late Edo period during the Tempo period (1830). The motto is "make good sake with a good environment". It uses clear natural water that springs out of the vast private land, and inherits traditional sake brewing. A regular winner of the Gold Award. Recently famous as a TV location.
