A high-gravity sake from Niigata's Uonuma region, crafted with Gohyakumangoku and Koshiibuki rice and aged in-tank for over a year to mellow its intensity. Reaching 46% alcohol, it is one of the strongest fermented rice wines produced in Japan, with an extreme sake meter value of +66.
