A honjozo in the Tamafumi line, brewed with Gohyakumangoku at 60% polishing using snowmelt water drawn from the Ryugakubo spring, a designated national famous water source. This expression has received the IWC 2024 Honjozo Trophy and Monaco Sake Award 2023 Gold.
