Chiyozuru Tokujo is an elevated Tokubetsu Honjozo from Chiyozuru Shuzo in Namerikawa, Toyama, brewed with Gohyakumangoku and the Tateyama mountain snowmelt spring water. Founded around 1874, this coastal Toyama brewery crafts its tokubetsu honjozo with mineral-rich alpine water for a clean, structured sake with a refined honjozo lift.
