Description

Chiyozuru Namerikawa Kaiyoshinso Suijikomi (深層海水仕込み) is brewed with deep seawater drawn from Toyama Bay, one of Japan's deepest bays reaching 1,000 meters, making this an extraordinarily rare brewing ingredient. Using Gohyakumangoku alongside this mineral-rich cold deep ocean water, this Junmai Ginjo from Namerikawa, Toyama is a uniquely maritime expression.
