Description
Chiyozuru Nigorizake is a cloudy sake using Ten Takaku, Toyama's locally developed sake rice variety, with fine rice lees remaining for a rich, textured character. From this circa 1874-founded brewery in Namerikawa, Toyama, the Tateyama mountain spring water and local rice combine for a creamy, milky expression ideal for seasonal celebrations.
