A fresh-pressed seasonal sake from Chiyozuru Shuzo in Namerikawa, Toyama, this shiboritate uses the locally developed Ten Takaku rice at table grade polishing. Brewed with the pure underground spring water of Mount Tateyama's snowmelt, this unpasteurized, just-pressed expression captures the lively, open energy of the brewery's new-brewing season.
