Chiyozuru Junmai

🍶
Description

Chiyozuru Junmai uses Gohyakumangoku, Toyama's most widely grown sake rice, brewed with pristine subsoil water from the Hayatsuki River's Tateyama snowmelt aquifer. From this circa 1874-founded Namerikawa brewery, the local rice and mineral-rich mountain water combine for a clean, approachable Junmai with a crisp, dry finish.
