Description
Amabuki Pink Lady Hiire is the heat-pasteurized version of Amabuki Shuzo's signature rosé-style sake, brewed with strawberry flower yeast and ancient black rice that lends the liquid its distinctive pink color. The hiire (pasteurization) process stabilizes the sake for longer aging and a slightly rounder, more settled aromatic profile compared to the unpasteurized namazake version. Founded in 1688 in Saga Prefecture, Amabuki built this line on the intersection of floral yeast science and visually striking, naturally colored sake production.
