Description
Amabuki Daiginjo Natural Born Rei Namazake is an unpasteurized daiginjo from Saga's Amabuki Shuzo, a brewery that has fermented exclusively with flower-derived yeasts for over two decades. Namazake is bottled without heat pasteurization, preserving a vivid, fresh aromatic profile that changes as the season progresses. Soft water from the Sefuri Mountains and contract-grown Saga rice form the foundation of this lively, expressive release.
