
Description
A josen-grade sake from Takasawa Shuzo in Himi, Toyama, produced at the prefecture's only brewery that presses all of its sake using the traditional fune method. The small annual output of around 200 koku reflects the artisanal scale of this coastal Toyama producer.

In the early Meiji era, Toshi -righta was founded in Himi, a fisherman town. "Akebono", which was named after the sunrise of the Sea of Japan, is an auspicious liquor used for the 64th Yokozuna Akebonoseki promotion party. We are brewing sake by hand. (Toyama Sake Brewery Association)
