Description
A junmai ginjo brewed with 100% Toyama-grown Gohyakumangoku rice milled to 50%, the brewery's original junmai ginjo label. Soft rice sweetness and moderate acidity characterize the palate, with a clean and quick finish. Steamed rice is cooled by the natural sea breeze from Toyama Bay, and the sake is pressed entirely by traditional fune.
