Description
A fresh-pressed namagenshu from the Riemon line at this Himi, Toyama brewery. Released immediately after pressing, it is undiluted and unpasteurized, preserving the vivid character of the season's new sake. The fune pressing method is used throughout the brewery's entire lineup to minimize stress on the moromi.
