Description
A daiginjo pressed by the fukurotsuridai (drip-pressing) method, collected drop by drop in suspended cloth bags without external pressure. It won a Gold Medal at the 2021 International Wine Challenge. The label artwork unfolds to reveal a panoramic scene of the Toyama Bay coastline and the Tateyama mountain range visible from the brewery.
