Akebono Ginjoshu

🍶
Description

A ginjo from Takasawa Shuzo in Himi, Toyama, pressed exclusively by the labor-intensive fune method to avoid stress on the moromi. The brewery uses local sake rice varieties including Gohyakumangoku and relies on the Toyama Bay sea breeze to cool steamed rice, producing a clean, lightly aromatic ginjo.
