Located at the northernmost tip of Yamaguchi prefecture, which is rich in nature, it is the 100th year since its founding in 2021.
Under the motto of the royal road brewing that does not pretend to be a royal road, we are facing sake brewing every day aiming for sake like "water that has passed through rice".
