Sado rice can only be used up to 50%of the prescribed pesticides, so that there is no harm even if Toki is eaten. And in our store, 90 % of the rice used is particular about Sado. In order to make the quality even at a high level, an exclusive contract cultivation system is adopted, and one farmer is asked for rice.
