Tatenyan vol.1 is the first release in a junmai daiginjo series conceived by young brewery staff to broaden sake's appeal, inspired by the brewery's resident cat. Polished to 50%, it features a gentle, refreshing aroma, a soft and supple body with a rounded, pleasant mouthfeel.
