About 200 years ago, we operated the sake brewing industry, and based on this tradition, we try to protect the flavors that we will not get tired of. Daiginjo Sake, Presented brands, are contracted directly with rice producers used as raw materials, and we aim to purchase our own rice and make it better to brew more with "raw material quality".
