
Hakutsuru Umeshu is a plum liqueur crafted from 100% Kishu Nanko ume at the brewery's Nada, Kobe facility, drawing on over 280 years of sake-making expertise. Nanko ume from Wakayama Prefecture are selected for their thick flesh and the rich, naturally fruity profile they impart. The result carries a bold, sweet-tart plum character with no artificial flavors or colors.
