Wolong plum amazake, which has been a planning concept and prototype since 2019, and finally manufactured the test in August 2020. Due to the popularity, it made its debut as an official product in December 2020, taking advantage of the know -how gained during the test production. We cherished "Maximizes Wolong plums", and used Daiginjo Sake lees (Shizuoka Prefecture, U.S. Fuji from Shizuoka Prefecture), which has a high caves so that the flavor and taste of Wolong plums will remain firmly. It is finished in a clear and easy -to -drink amazake that is not unique to high -white sake lees that cannot be obtained with koji raw amazake.
