
Kotsuzumi Flora Magnum is a large-format Junmai Daiginjo from Nishiyama Shuzojo in Tanba, Hyogo, using Hyogo Kita Nishiki polished to 50%. From this 1849-founded brewery whose main storehouse is a nationally registered cultural property, this expression uses a Hyogo-grown premium rice variety with the brewery's signature ultra-soft well water for a floral, elegant character.
