Yuho is brewed by Mioya Shuzo, founded in 1880 in Hakui City on the Noto Peninsula of Ishikawa Prefecture. The brewery holds that sake is created not by humans but through the partnership of brewers, yeast, and the microbes of the Noto environment, pursuing innovation while remaining rooted in tradition. Yuho is crafted to deliver calm aroma, integrated acidity, and strong rice umami, designed from the ground up as a sake that belongs at the table alongside food.
