栃木县
杉田酒造的酿酒理念是"酿出日本酒该有的味道"。明治初期，初代杉田房吉从新潟县中越移居至此，被当地泉水（中村泉）的优质水质所打动，遂以此为仕込水开始酿酒。仕込水为地下水，水系属"日光山伏流水"，座右铭是"工作不惜时间"。
