Named after Himeji Castle, the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the White Heron Castle, this daiginjo uses Yamada Nishiki polished to 38% from this brewery established in 1836 in Himeji. It shows a fruity, refined aroma with notes of white peach and a graceful, clean palate, and the brand has earned seven gold medals at the National New Sake Competition since its first in 1988.
Highly aromatic and elegant, with added alcohol to enhance floral notes.
