Description

The Kamenoko label at this Himeji brewery centers on the rare heirloom rice Kame no O, a variety celebrated for its depth of character even under extreme polishing. The brewery, founded in 1835, has pursued progressive polishing techniques since launching the Kamenoko range in 1998, reaching as low as single-digit polishing ratios.
