Description
2020年1月作为酒藏秘藏酒诞生的佳酿。原本计划在仓开派对上展示,或送往共同开发商品的旅馆。然而,2020年2月以后受新冠疫情影响,未能按计划出货,一直保管在酒藏的冷藏室中。随着熟成的深化,口味与自然发泡的碳酸气体(酵母的叹息)也在不断变化。出于希望能给热爱日本酒的各位带来一点惊喜,这次决定追加发售。正如人各有个性,这款酒也有着自己的个性。仅将完成醪的头道压榨进行粗滤,手工将活酵母装瓶。
