Mizuho Yuki Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo 2012BY is a snow-named winter expression from Fukumitsuya's aged Mizuho program, incorporating Yamada Nishiki and additional varieties in a yamahai fermentation. Cellared since 2012, it has developed a quiet, cool depth reminiscent of winter snowpack in the Hakusan range.
