Sanada Shinobi Tokubetsu Honjozo is a special designation honjozo from Hatsusakura Brewery in Katsuragi Town, Wakayama, named in tribute to the Sanada clan's historical connection to Kudoyama. Brewed with rice polished to 60% and a small addition of distilled alcohol, it delivers a clean, slightly dry palate with restrained aroma characteristic of Kishu Kawakami sake tradition.
