The foundational label of this Wakayama brewery, established in 1840 and using spring water from the Hazuki Gorge of the upper Arida River. Kiseitsuru is handcrafted using the brewery's proprietary fermentation method, with a clean, well-rounded umami that works well both chilled and warmed.
