本酒造于1967年迁建,2017年解体后重新创立了新的酿酒厂。尽管随时代变迁历经多番更替,但对酿酒的初心始终不变。以当地产米和水为原料,用小批量手工酿造将米的风味充分引出,正如温暖的备中气候一般,酿造出充满地方特色的清酒与果实酒。
