Description

This unpasteurized nigorizake genshu is brewed using natural flower yeast at a Gujo City, Gifu brewery founded in 1740. Bottled undiluted and unfiltered, it retains the cloudy, full-bodied texture of freshly pressed sake alongside the aromatic lift of the brewery's signature flower yeast.
