Fukumasamune Junmai Ginjo strikes a balance between the aromatic lift of ginjo fermentation and the earthy depth of Fukumitsuya's Kanazawa terroir. The brewery has brewed exclusively junmai since 1989, making this one of Japan's longest-running all-junmai lines.
