Daimon Brewery was founded in 1826 at the foot of Mount Ikoma in Katano, Osaka, where soft water flowing from the Settsu and Ikoma Mountains produces sake with a gentle, feminine character well-suited to Kansai cuisine. The brewery combines tradition with innovation, using the Ginjo method with low-temperature long fermentation to create sake described as rich and dry. Daimon's international profile includes medals at the London Sake Challenge and the distinction of being served to world leaders at the G20 Summit in Osaka in 2019.
