Description

Rikyuubai Daiginjo Hanachirusato (花散里), borrowing the name of a chapter from the Tale of Genji and meaning village where flowers fall, is a poeticly named daiginjo from Daimon Brewery in Katano City, Osaka. Founded in 1826 and operating with the 6th-generation owner as toji, this brewery applies ginjo brewing across its entire lineup with soft Ikoma mountain spring water.
