From the brewery
Caruta Sake Brewery was founded in 1823 (Bunsei 6).
Tengu's sake is made in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture, with the underground water of the sacred peak Hakusan and the high quality rice built in the Kaga Plain.
The sake of Tengu Mai, which was made by handmade and was created by the skilled skills and experiences of the brewer, has been loved by many people and has now been a sake that can be drunk in the world.
We will pursue "drinks and delicious sake" that we can enjoy and enjoy, and will continue to moisturize the hearts of those who drink and create sake that connects people.
