Description

Tengumai Ageshio is a tokubetsu honjozo using Gohyakumangoku polished to 55% from Shata Shuzo in Ishikawa. Tengumai is celebrated for its yamahai tradition; the Ageshio expression balances the clean Gohyakumangoku grain character with the brewery's signature refined Hakusan mountain water brewing approach.
